We want you to be completely satisfied with your Irish Setter purchase; if you are not, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in the original shoe box or shipping container and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
